A prime example of a project managed contract. Having built 3 factories for this client before Jon Naylor was well placed to help with their latest expansion plans of a sizable new production building.
The site had been acquired some years before at auction and had been an old council car park. Triangular in shape it did not lend itself to a simple rectangular building and so a very much bespoke design was needed.
Ground investigation complete, unfortunately poor ground discovered but 5 months after planning was obtained for our client, piles in factory built, outside fenced, concreted and new work being offered.
